A Message from the Founder
As a PRC-licensed Real Estate Broker, Appraiser, and Consultant with over 20 years of building software, I found myself at a crossroads — wondering how I could best serve our industry.
The Japanese concept of ikigai helped me find the answer. Ikigai is the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. For me, that intersection is clear: combining my passion for real estate with my expertise in technology to create tools that genuinely help Filipino real estate professionals thrive.
That's why I built resp.ph.
We're starting with two platforms: Real Estate Broker Websites to establish your professional presence online, and Events & Seminars to help RE boards, organizations, and training providers manage registrations and grow their reach.
But this is just the beginning.
Our vision is to build future-proof tools that evolve with our industry — including AI-powered features and collaborative tools like MLS integration that will help you work smarter, reach more clients, and focus on what matters most: closing deals and building relationships.
