1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to resp.ph ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or
"our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use
our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you
and resp.ph. By creating an account, you represent that you are
at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into
this agreement.
2. Platform Description
resp.ph is a marketplace that connects learners with accredited
real estate education providers in the Philippines. Our services
include but are not limited to:

For Learners: Browse and register for
PRC-accredited seminars, board exam review classes, and
university programs

For Providers: List educational programs,
manage registrations, and reach qualified learners

Platform Features: User accounts, course
search and filtering, booking system, payment processing,
reviews and ratings, CPD tracking
resp.ph acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible
for the actual delivery of educational services, which remains
the sole responsibility of the educational providers.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You
agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information

3.2 Account Types

Learner Account: For individuals seeking

3.3 Account Verification
Provider accounts require verification of:
- PRC accreditation status and number
- Business registration documents
- Authorized representative identification
- Other documents as required by platform policy
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access the
Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Engage in fraudulent booking or registration activities
- Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
4.2 Content Guidelines
User-generated content (reviews, comments, messages) must not
contain:
- Defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
- Personal attacks or discriminatory language
- Spam or unauthorized advertising
- Confidential or proprietary information
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
5. Educational Provider Terms
5.1 Provider Obligations
Educational providers agree to:

Maintain valid PRC accreditation throughout their use of the
Platform

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date course
information
- Honor all bookings made through the Platform
- Deliver educational services as advertised
- Issue proper receipts and certificates to learners
- Respond to learner inquiries within 48 hours
- Maintain professional standards and ethical conduct
- Comply with all applicable education regulations
5.2 Listing Standards
Course listings must include:
- Accurate course title and description
- Valid CPD units (if applicable)
- Complete schedule and venue information
- Clear pricing with no hidden fees
- Instructor qualifications
- Cancellation and refund policies
5.3 Provider Fees
Providers may be subject to:
- Platform listing fees
- Transaction fees (percentage of bookings)
- Featured listing fees (optional)
- Payment processing fees
Fee structure will be clearly communicated during provider
onboarding.
6. Bookings and Payments
6.1 Booking Process

acceptance
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email and SMS
- Learners must attend sessions to receive CPD credits
6.2 Payment Terms

Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, GCash, PayMaya, bank
transfer

Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated
- All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes
6.3 Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund policies are set by individual providers

resp.ph's role is limited to facilitating refund requests
- Platform fees may be non-refundable
- Force majeure events may affect refund eligibility
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Platform Content
All content on resp.ph, including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the
property of resp.ph or its licensors and is protected by
Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content License
By posting content on the Platform, you grant resp.ph a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable
license to:
- Use, reproduce, modify, and display the content
- Distribute the content across our Platform
- Use the content for marketing and promotional purposes
7.3 Provider Content
Providers retain ownership of their educational materials but
grant resp.ph the right to display course information for
platform operations.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which
complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using
our Service, you consent to:

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Disclaimers
resp.ph provides the Platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including
but not limited to:

listings

The quality of educational services provided by third
parties
- The Platform's uninterrupted or error-free operation
- The suitability of courses for your specific needs
9.2 No Professional Advice
Information on resp.ph does not constitute professional, legal,
or educational advice. Course completion does not guarantee
professional licensure or employment.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, resp.ph shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits,
data, or opportunities.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless resp.ph, its
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you post on the Platform
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through
binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute
Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
11.3 Jurisdiction
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City,
Philippines.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through account
settings or by contacting support. Termination does not affect
existing bookings or outstanding obligations.
resp.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole
discretion.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material
changes will be notified via email or platform announcement at
least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes
acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the
entire agreement between you and resp.ph regarding the use of
our Platform.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and
effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms
without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and
obligations without restriction.
